I am writing to you to praise one of your agents.  Joan Hesse recently helped us purchase our first home.  She was patient, attentive and generous.  We met Joan coming off a very poor experience and she was a breath of fresh air.  She actually listened to our wants, our budget and most of all, went the extra mile to deliver us homes that fit our criteria.  Her expertise in the market is top notch and her patience with picky first time homebuyers was never ending.
