In August of 1975, Frank Dell’Accio Sr. started a small real estate office called AA Realty in a small 350 square foot office space in Massapequa, NY. The goal from the beginning was always to provide the best possible customer service to the community.

His sons, Frank and Vincent, joined him shortly thereafter. Together, the family worked tirelessly to build the business and provide exceptional services to their clients.

In early 1976, a relatively new and unknown real estate franchise company from Irvine, California called CENTURY 21 began selling franchises in New York State. AA Realty joined the CENTURY 21 system and became the 8th office in the State of New York. In October of 1976, it was official. They were now doing business as Century 21 AA Realty.

Through hard work and dedication to their craft, it wasn’t long before the DellAccio’s outgrew their small office in Massapequa. It was an exciting day when they were able to move to a larger location on Sunrise Highway in Seaford, where the office continues to thrive today.

Within months, they decided to open a second location. They chose to grow the business in their hometown of Lindenhurst, on the corner of N. Wellwood Avenue and Straight Path. After all, what better way to help their community than to sell real estate in “their town”-the place they raised their own family; the place where they have deep roots and a strong presence. And it turns out that putting the benefits of the community first is such a positive approach that it has helped build trust and rapport. It is no accident that both offices continue to attract buyers and sellers even 4 decades later.

Frank Jr. and Vincent took ownership of the company in 1983 and continue to co-own and operate Century 21 AA Realty. Over the years, the company has grown to over 135 sales agents, with a full administrative staff, marketing and social media departments, and a sales training department. This unique team allows their sales agents to do the things they do best…assist their clients in buying and selling houses. These skilled, professional sales agents work throughout Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, and Brooklyn, providing expert services in residential and commercial sales and leasing. Century 21 AA Realty has won numerous awards for their sales, including the prestigious Art Bartlett award in 2006. This highly coveted award is given to only one CENTURY 21 company in the United States annually. It acknowledges the combination of sales production, community involvement, and use of technology and innovative
sales tools.

Today, Century 21 AA Realty remains the top producing Century 21 firm not only on Long Island but in the State of New York and ranks in the top 75 of all Century 21 firms in the United States. The AA sales staff has been nationally recognized year after year with over a 99% customer satisfaction rate. This is a testament to our agents’ attention to detail while putting their customers’ needs first.

Construction has begun on a new state-of-the-art facility opening in late summer! The office will be located on Broadway in Massapequa, just south of Southern State Parkway. This new location will allow them to provide even better service to their clients and continue their legacy of excellence in the real estate industry.

The Century 21AA family understand that their sales agents are the front line of the company. They have provided their agents with ongoing, extensive training in the use of sales tools that benefit their clients. In addition to in-house training, agents attend continuing education and specialized training classes to remain top of their industry.
